1. Present: Trent Wotherspoon in the chair and members David Chan, Brad Crassweller, Hugh Gordon, the Hon. Daryl Harrison, Sally Housser,* and Sean Wilson.

2. The committee considered the Provincial Auditor’s annual report for the year ended March 31, 2024.
The Provincial Auditor and the following official appeared before the committee and answered questions:

Angèle Borys, Deputy Provincial Auditor and Chief Operating Officer
3. The committee concluded consideration of the Provincial Auditor’s annual report for the year ended March 31, 2024.
4. The committee considered the Provincial Auditor’s business and financial plan for the year ended March 31, 2026.
The Provincial Auditor and the following official appeared before the committee and answered questions:

5. It was moved by Sean Wilson:
That the 2025–26 estimates of the Office of the Provincial Auditor, vote 28, Provincial Auditor (PA01) be approved, as submitted, in the amount of $10,066,000.
The question being put, it was agreed to.
6. It was moved by Sean Wilson:
That the 2025–26 estimates of the Office of the Provincial Auditor, vote 28, unforeseen expenses (PA02) be approved, as submitted, in the amount of $706,000.
The question being put, it was agreed to.
7. It was moved by Sean Wilson:
That the 2025–26 estimates of the Office of the Provincial Auditor, as approved, be forwarded to the Speaker, as Chair of the Board of Internal Economy, pursuant to section 10.1(4) of The Provincial Auditor Act.
The question being put, it was agreed to.
8. The committee concluded consideration of the Provincial Auditor’s business and financial plan for the year ended March 31, 2026.
9. It was moved by David Chan:
That this committee do now adjourn.
The question being put, it was agreed to.
