2.     The Deputy Chair advised the committee that pursuant to rule 139(5), the following 2026–27 estimates and 2025–26 supplementary estimates no. 2 for the legislative branch of government were committed to the Standing Committee on House Services on March 26, 2026 and March 18, 2026 respectively:

3.     It was moved by Jordan McPhail:

That the Standing Committee on House Services requests that the Clerk make available on the Assembly website copies of all lease agreements entered into by the Member for Saskatoon Willowgrove for the operation of his constituency office.

4.     The Speaker appeared before the committee for consideration of the 2026–27 estimates and 2025–26 supplementary estimates no. 2 for the Legislative Assembly and officers of the Legislative Assembly.

5.     The committee considered the 2026–27 estimates for the Advocate for Children and Youth.

6.     The committee concluded consideration of the 2026–27 estimates for the Advocate for Children and Youth. On motion of the Hon. Tim McLeod:

Resolved, that there be granted to His Majesty for the twelve months ending March 31, 2027 the following sum:

For Advocate for Children and Youth — $2,966,000

7.     The committee considered the 2026–27 estimates for the Chief Electoral Officer.

8.     The committee concluded consideration of the 2026–27 estimates for the Chief Electoral Officer.

9.     The committee considered the 2026–27 estimates for the Conflict of Interest Commissioner.

10. The committee concluded consideration of the 2026–27 estimates for the Conflict of Interest Commissioner. On motion of Kevin Weedmark:

Resolved, that there be granted to His Majesty for the twelve months ending March 31, 2027 the following sum:

For Conflict of Interest Commissioner — $589,000

11. The committee considered the 2026–27 estimates for the Information and Privacy Commissioner.

12. The committee concluded consideration of the 2026–27 estimates for the Information and Privacy Commissioner. On motion of the Hon. Lori Carr:

Resolved, that there be granted to His Majesty for the twelve months ending March 31, 2027 the following sum:

For Information and Privacy Commissioner — $2,634,000

13. The committee considered the 2026–27 estimates for the Legislative Assembly.

14. The committee concluded consideration of the 2026–27 estimates for the Legislative Assembly. On motion of Brad Crassweller:

Resolved, that there be granted to His Majesty for the twelve months ending March 31, 2027 the following sum:

For Legislative Assembly — $11,675,000

15. The committee considered the 2026–27 estimates for the Ombudsman and Public Interest Disclosure Commissioner.

16. The committee concluded consideration of the 2026–27 estimates for the Ombudsman and Public Interest Disclosure Commissioner. On motion of Kevin Weedmark:

Resolved, that there be granted to His Majesty for the twelve months ending March 31, 2027 the following sum:

For Ombudsman and Public Interest Disclosure Commissioner $4,603,000

17. The committee considered the 2026–27 estimates for the Provincial Auditor.

18. The committee concluded consideration of the 2026–27 estimates for the Provincial Auditor. On motion of the Hon. Tim McLeod:

Resolved, that there be granted to His Majesty for the twelve months ending March 31, 2027 the following sum:

For Provincial Auditor — $11,021,000

19. The committee considered the 2025–26 supplementary estimates no. 2 for the Information and Privacy Commissioner.

20. The committee concluded consideration of the 2025–26 supplementary estimates no. 2 for the Information and Privacy Commissioner.

21. The committee considered its fourth report for the thirtieth legislature. It was moved by the Hon. Lori Carr:

That the fourth report of the Standing Committee on House Services for the thirtieth legislature be adopted and presented to the Assembly.

22. It was moved by the Hon. Tim McLeod:

That this committee do now adjourn.
