Chair Goudy: — It is January 13th and 1:04. Welcome to
the Standing Committee on House Services. I will introduce the members and
substitutions. Myself — Todd Goudy — the Chair; MLA [Member of the Legislative
Assembly] Blakley for Nicole Sarauer, the Deputy Chair; Hon. Tim McLeod; MLA
Kevin Weedmark; MLA Crassweller sitting in for Sean Wilson; Bhajan Brar; MLA
Pratchler here for Brittney Senger.
And as you can see from the agenda, we
have two items of business to attend to today. Our first item is the
consideration of changes to membership on the standing committees pursuant to
rule 139(4)(a). And I would like to table the following document: HOS 3‑30,
Government Caucus: Government caucus standing committee membership.
I would ask a member to move the motion
in regard to the list of members to serve on standing committees. I recognize
MLA McLeod.
Hon. Tim
McLeod: —
Thank you, Mr. Chair. I would move:
That the list of
members to serve on standing committees as tabled by the government caucus be
adopted and reported to the Assembly.
Chair Goudy: — It has been moved by MLA McLeod:

Our next item of business is the
consideration of the committee’s third report. This report outlines the updated
standing committees membership.
So you all have a draft of the report.
Are there any questions in relation to the report? Give you a minute to look it
over there.
Okay, any questions at all? If not, I’d
ask a member to move the following motion:
That the third
report of the Standing Committee on House Services for the thirtieth
legislature be adopted and presented to the Assembly.
