According to order and pursuant to rule 16(7), petitions from residents of the province of Saskatchewan, requesting the following action, were read and received:

To immediately provide the support needed to complete and open new joint-use elementary and high schools in east Regina as soon as possible.

(Addendum to sessional paper no. 102)

To amend provincial health-care policy to provide financial support for reasonable travel-related expenses for residents obtaining medically necessary treatments not available within Saskatchewan.

(Addendum to sessional paper no. 156)

To immediately prioritize the building of a high school in White City with definitive plans to open doors by the 2028 school year.

(Addendum to sessional paper no. 160)

To proclaim October of each year as Islamic Heritage Month.

(Addendum to sessional paper no. 218)

This Legislative Assembly has voted the supplies required to enable the government to defray the expenses of the public service. In the name of the Assembly, I present to Your Honour the following bill, to which bill I respectfully request Your Honour’s assent:

Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor then replied: “In His Majesty’s name, I thank the Legislative Assembly, accept its benevolence, and assent to this bill.”

Her Honour then retired from the Chamber.

Motion to Adjourn the Sitting

On motion of the Hon. Tim McLeod, by leave of the Assembly:

Ordered, That when this Assembly adjourns at the end of this sitting day, in accordance with the parliamentary calendar, it shall stand adjourned until 10 a.m. on October 27th, 2026, unless earlier recalled by the Speaker upon the request of the government, and if recalled, the Speaker shall give each member seven clear days’ notice, if possible, of such date and time.

On motion of the Hon. Tim McLeod:

Ordered, That this Assembly do now adjourn.

Pursuant to an order made May 14, 2026, the Assembly adjourned at 11:40 a.m. until Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
