According to order and pursuant to rule 16(7), petitions from residents of the province of Saskatchewan, requesting the following action, were read and received:

To immediately collaborate with child care stakeholders to address the challenges of funding and the recruitment and retention of early childcare educators.

(Addendum to sessional paper no. 3)

To immediately address the short staffing crisis in health care.

(Addendum to sessional paper no. 5)

To stand up for Saskatchewan and advocate for the restoration of federal Jordan’s Principle funding to support Indigenous students in schools.

(Addendum to sessional paper no. 6)

To adopt fair and effective rent control legislation that limits annual rent increases.

(Addendum to sessional paper no. 13)

To immediately reimburse Regina taxpayers for this Costco deal.

To the Minister of Advanced Education, how much money has the federal government contributed for the post-secondary tuition of Ukrainian refugees in (a) 2022, (b) 2023, (c) 2024, and (d) 2025?

To the Minister of Education, how much funding is still available to Saskatchewan from the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care Agreement for (a) childcare centres, and (b) home-based centres?

Question no. 22 (Joan Pratchler):

To the Minister of Education, how many childcare spaces have closed in calendar years 2021–2025 for (a) childcare centres and (i) which locations; and (b) home-based centres and (ii) which locations?

Question no. 23 (Joan Pratchler):

To the Minister of Education, (a) how many childcare spaces were allotted in each calendar year from 2021–2025 for (i) childcare centres and (ii) home-based centres; (b) how many childcare spaces were operational in each calendar year from 2021–2025 for (i) childcare centres and (ii) home-based centres; and (c) where are the allotted and operational spaces located in Saskatchewan for (i) childcare centres and (ii) home-based centres?

To the Minister of Corrections, Policing and Public Safety, (a) were any emergency fire breakers used to slow the 25LF-SHOE fire as it approached the East Trout Lake community; and (b) if not, what was the reasoning provided for not using them?

Question no. 18 (Jared Clarke):

To the Minister of Corrections, Policing and Public Safety, (a) what days were firefighters deployed on fighting the 25LF-SHOE fire in and around the East Trout Lake community; and (b) how many firefighters were deployed each of those days and what were their tasks each day?

Question no. 19 (Jared Clarke):

To the Minister of Corrections, Policing and Public Safety, (a) what days were firefighters deployed on fighting the 25LF-CAMP fire; and (b) how many firefighters were deployed each of those days?

Question no. 20 (Jared Clarke):

To the Minister of Corrections, Policing and Public Safety, (a) were any waterbombers deployed to protect the East Trout Lake community from the 25LF-SHOE fire; and (b) what days were they deployed to the fire?
